Iris van Den Berg

Iris van den Berg is a seasoned HR manager with a diverse background in human resource management and business administration. Currently serving as HR manager at Alsema B.V. since January 2023, Iris has also been a co-owner at Vino dei Colli since May 2017. Previous roles include Head of Personnel Affairs and Personnel Officer at INTER-PSY from June 2018 to December 2022, as well as positions within Makro Nederland and various roles in support services. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, both from the University of Groningen, augmented by a VWO diploma with a focus on Economics, Society, and Philosophy from Piter Jelles Montessori.
