Nuala Campany

Nuala Campany, PhD, currently serves as a consultant at Alsephina Consulting since April 2021 and as a lecturer at California State University San Marcos since February 2019. Previously, Nuala held the position of Director of Organization Development at Qualcomm from 2007 to June 2018, overseeing talent management and change initiatives for a large-scale enterprise. Nuala also served as Director of Talent Management and Organization Development for the Global Biologics Supply Chain at Johnson & Johnson from 2005 to 2007, where strategic leadership was provided for global talent practices. Earlier experience includes the role of Senior Manager for Strategic Team Development at Centocor and Manager at AnswerThink, focusing on organizational transformation and effectiveness. Nuala's academic qualifications include a PhD and MA in Human and Organizational Systems and Organization Design and Effectiveness, respectively, from Fielding Graduate University, as well as additional degrees from the University of Kent at Canterbury, IOE - UCL's Faculty of Education and Society, and the University of Sussex.
