Michael Gershon

Mr. Gershon has extensive experience representing public and privately held businesses from around the world in corporate and securities law matters. In addition to advising clients as a law firm Corporate and Securities Associate, Mr. Gershon has also served as an Attorney Adviser with the Division of Corporation Finance at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. Mr. Gershon received a Bachelor of Arts in economics from Boston College and a Juris Doctor from Georgetown University Law Center.
