Rufin Dias

Rufin Dias has extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resources, currently serving as a Senior Business Partner in Talent Acquisition at Alshaya Enterprises since February 2019, following roles including Business Partner and Senior Officer within the same field. Prior to Alshaya Enterprises, Rufin worked as a Senior Recruitment Consultant at SOS HR Solutions from May 2016 to January 2019. Additional experience includes HR Generalist and Recruitment Officer positions at Movenpick Hotel & Resort Al Bida'a Kuwait, where tenure spanned from November 2009 to March 2016. Rufin holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Mumbai, complemented by earlier educational achievements from Gonsalo Garcia Senior College, Carmelite Convent English High School, and Sacred Heart High School.
