Ali Chahine

Ali Chahine is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in customer experience and operations management across the retail sector. Currently serving as Managing Director for Saudi Arabia and having held various senior positions at Alshaya Group since March 2011, responsibilities have included overseeing customer experience for the MENA region and managing recruitment across 23 cities in KSA for over 56 international brands. Prior to this role, Ali Chahine gained valuable experience at Boots UK from June 2008 to March 2011, where achievements included managing a flagship store and earning accolades such as 'National Healthcare Team Manager of the Year' in 2010. Ali Chahine holds a BA (Hons) in Business Management with a focus on Marketing Management from Kingston University.
