Amanda Sherratt

Amanda Sherratt has a diverse work experience in the food industry. Amanda started their career in 1997 as a Technical Director at Inter Link Foods PLC and worked there until 2004. Amanda then joined Elisabeth the Chef Ltd as a Technical Director from 2004 to 2006. In 2007, Amanda became the European Group Head of Technical at Baxters Food Group Ltd and held the position until 2008. Amanda then joined Greencore Plc as a Site Technical Director in 2008 and stayed there until 2009. From 2009 to 2011, Amanda worked as a Director at Global Food Consultants. Currently, they are the Head of Supply Chain Quality Assurance at M. H. Alshaya Co., a position they have held since 2011.

Amanda Sherratt completed their BSc (Honours) in Microbiology at University College of Wales from 1985 to 1989. From 2002 to 2004, they studied European Food Law at De Montfort University.
