Dr Panos Mavromatis

Dr. Panos Mavromatis is a seasoned professional in the field of quality assurance and technical operations, currently serving as the Senior Manager for Quality Assurance and Operational Standards for M. H. Alshaya Co. since January 2016, overseeing technical and quality assurance operations across 24 food brands in the MENA region. Previous roles include Operations Director at NAM CHARM LIMITED, Senior Manager of Technical Operations at Greencore, and Head of Technical Operations at The Restaurant Group plc, managing quality assurance for extensive restaurant estates. Dr. Mavromatis has also held technical and management positions at PepsiCo and Scotherbs, along with academic roles at Abertay University and the University of Lincoln, where a Doctor of Philosophy in Microbiology and Food Safety Management was earned.
