Sam Abou Fakher

Sam Abou Fakher is an experienced restaurant general manager with a robust background in the food and beverage industry. Currently, Sam serves as the Restaurant General Manager at Alshaya Group since December 2020. Prior experience includes a tenure at Assaad Food & Beverage S.A.L from November 2011 to September 2020, where Sam held the position of Restaurant General Manager and also served as Assistant General Manager, Supervisor, International Trainer, and Food Runner. Earlier in Sam's career, from February 2007 to May 2011, positions included Multi Unit Manager, Store Manager, and Production Specialist at Edible Arrangements. Sam's foundational education was completed at Jeel Al Saleh from 1994 to 2006.
