Prior roles include serving as the SVP and Chief Creative Officer at REI and as the Executive Creative Director at Hornall Anderson, where significant brands such as Starbucks and PepsiCo were managed. As the founder of a brand strategy consultancy, Ben worked with notable clients including T-Mobile and Lexus. Early career experience includes a trajectory at Copacino + Fujikado, rising from junior copywriter to creative director. Ben holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Puget Sound and completed Executive Education in Finance for Senior Executives at Harvard Business School.
