Di Pan is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in the electrical and electronics sectors. Currently serving as a Principal Engineer at RideAlso since March 2025, Di previously held the same title at Rivian from April 2023 to March 2025. Prior roles include Engineer IV at Crane Aerospace & Electronics from January 2022 to April 2023 and a decade with GE Global Research, where Di progressed from Electrical Engineer to Senior Electrical Engineer and eventually Lead Electrical Engineer. Early career experience includes an internship at ABB in the summer of 2010. Di holds a PhD in Electrical Drive and Power Electronics and a Master's degree in Electric Drive and Power Electronics, both from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
