Honorio A. Poblador III

Honorio A. Poblador III has served as Director of the Company since March 1995. He holds a Political Science degree from the Ateneo de Manila University. Currently, he serves as Chairman of Philcomsat Holdings Corporation and Aviatica Travel and Management Corporation, Chairman and President of Asmaco, Inc. and as President of Montemar Resort and Development Corporation, Worldwide Paper Mills, Inc., Dasmariiias Paper Mills, Inc., Eastern Manufacturing Corporation, and Investment and Management Services Corporation. He is also a Director of Northern Mindanao Power Corporation since 1994, Philippine Communications Satellite Corporation, Philippine Overseas Telecommunications Corporation, F & C Realty Corporation, United Housing Corporation, and Pulp and Paper Manufacturers Association of the Philippines (1995).
