Kurt W. Alstede

Kurt W. Alstede has extensive work experience in the agriculture industry and government organizations. In 1982, they founded Alstede Farms, LLC, a family-owned farm in New Jersey that grows a variety of fruits and vegetables. Kurt W. served as the owner and general manager of the farm, overseeing various operations and strategies to maintain a successful business. Additionally, Alstede has been a member of the New Jersey State Board of Agriculture since 2021.

Alstede has also held positions in government organizations related to agriculture and land preservation. Kurt W. has also served on the New Jersey State Committee for the USDA's Farm Service Agency from 2001 to 2006 and currently serves as a member of the New Jersey State Committee.

Kurt W. Alstede graduated from Delaware Valley University in 1985 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Horticulture, with minor studies in Agronomy and Agricultural Business. Kurt W. later pursued extra studies at County College of Morris from 2003 to 2008, focusing on Language. Prior to that, they attended West Morris Central H.S. from 1979 to 1982, where they graduated as the Salutatorian with a degree in General Studies.
