Alexandre Noudelmann is an experienced Engineering Transformation Manager and Program Manager at Alstom since January 2013, overseeing the implementation of the Urbalis Fluence system in China, particularly for the Shenzhen Line 20. Noudelmann has a strong background in CBTC systems, serving as a System Architect and play a key role in the development of innovative train-to-train technology and managing technical aspects for over 90 lines. Noudelmann’s expertise extends to ERTMS systems, having acted as a Test Leader, System Architect, and Engineer, where tasks included conducting interoperability tests, managing defect processes, and ensuring integration within various railway environments. Prior experience includes an internship at Siemens as a CBTC Software Engineer and a role at CEA focusing on electronics engineering for photonic detection. Noudelmann holds a Master’s of Engineering in Embedded Systems from ESIEE Paris and has studied at Aalborg University.
