Armine Afzalian

Armine Afzalian has extensive experience in procurement and sourcing, with a career spanning over a decade and a half in the construction and engineering sectors. At Alstom from November 2016 to September 2022, Armine served as North America Services Tender Procurement Manager and held leadership roles in East Asia, overseeing sourcing and supply chain operations in Singapore. Prior experience includes working at Bouygues Construction from March 2009 to February 2015, where responsibilities included managing procurement for the External Works packages at the Singapore Sports Hub Project and leading cost engineering efforts for PPP/concession projects. Armine began the professional journey at ESTP - Grande école d'ingénieurs de la construction, earning an Ingénieur ESTP degree in project management.
