Ben Ricketts

Ben Ricketts is currently the RSC Modularisation Director at Alstom, where they lead initiatives focused on process standardization and efficiency improvements. Previously, they served as the RSC Process & Governance Director, overseeing a global transformation team that enhanced engineering operations and led the rebranding effort following Alstom's acquisition of Bombardier Transportation. With extensive project management experience in both the rail and aerospace sectors, Ben has a strong interest in risk management and leadership. Ben graduated with a BEng (HONS) in Mechanical Engineering from Strathclyde University and holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Management Studies from De Montfort University.
