Camila Lins

Camila Lins is currently the HR Sites Director Brazil at Alstom, where they are responsible for HR activities across Brazil sites. Their career began at ABN AMRO Bank, where they served as an HR Analyst and intern, focusing on recruitment and selection. Camila held various HR roles at Alstom from 2014 to 2017, including HR Director for North LAM and HR Manager Business Partner. They earned a degree in Psychology from Universidade Metodista de São Paulo and a postgraduate degree in People Management from FIA.
