Christine Spady-Zechow

Christine Spady-Zechow currently serves as Director of Talent Acquisition & Talent Management for the DACH region at Alstom and is a member of the HR Leadership Team for the region. Previously, Christine held the position of Interim Head of HR at LifeBonus and served as CEO of CBS Training und Beratung GmbH. Christine's experience includes roles such as COO and Head of Customer Success at HRM Data Solutions GmbH, Managing Director at Elbfein Germany GmbH, and Vice President at Deutsche Bank AG, where responsibilities encompassed senior stakeholder management and talent strategy implementation. Christine's career also features positions in legal and human resources, including a managerial role at Bombardier Transportation. Christine holds a Master’s degree in Art Business from The Manchester Metropolitan University and a Diploma in Business Law from Leuphana University of Lüneburg.
