Daniela Corrêa

Daniela Corrêa (Silva) is a seasoned HR leader with over 15 years of experience in national and international roles, currently serving as the Global HR Manager for Talent Analytics at Alstom since 2020. Previously, Daniela held positions at Alstom as the Compensation and Benefits Coordinator and worked with companies such as The Kraft Heinz Company, where significant improvements in compensation processes were achieved. Daniela began their career in HR at Campe Consultoria Jr., where they coordinated various engagement and recruitment initiatives. They hold a degree in Business Administration from the Federal University of Juiz de Fora and a specialized degree in Strategic People Management from FIA - Fundação Instituto de Administração.
