David Bryce-Lyons is a transformational Programme Leader with over two decades of experience in rail and infrastructure project management. Currently serving as SMIO & REB Programme Manager at Alstom, they lead a multi-disciplinary team on key Industry ETCS projects, notably commissioning the UK's first ETCS control system. David's previous roles include Lead Project Manager at RSSB, where they managed a complex portfolio of engineering projects, and Senior Engineering Project Manager at Bombardier Transportation, turning around struggling projects. David holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Management and Law from Forth Valley College.
