David van der Wee

David Van der Wee is an accomplished executive with extensive leadership experience in the aerospace and transportation industries. Currently serving as the Vice President and Head of Rolling Stock at Alstom Americas since February 2021, David previously held the position of COO at Bombardier Transportation from May 2017 to February 2021. Prior roles include Vice-President of Operations at MAAX BATH, where David was responsible for implementing operations strategies, and Vice President of Business and General Aviation Engines at Pratt & Whitney Canada, overseeing OEM customer activities and market development. David's earlier experience also includes leadership roles in manufacturing, program management, and operations at Pratt & Whitney, demonstrating a strong focus on quality, performance, and strategic growth throughout a career that began after earning a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Materials & Metallurgy from McGill University.
