Gustavo Rodrigues Moure

Gustavo Rodrigues Moure has extensive experience in quality management and project oversight, currently serving as Global Head of Quality for Urban, Cybersecurity, and Services at Alstom since July 2008. Responsibilities include deploying global quality processes, ensuring quality deliveries, and addressing critical issues using methodologies like 8D. Previous roles at Alstom include Lead Project Quality and Safety Manager and Senior Quality Engineer, where expertise in process adherence, safety assessments, and CMMi compliance was honed. Prior to Alstom, Gustavo worked at HP Enterprise Services as a Quality Assurance/System Analyst, managing documentation standards and project metrics. Gustavo holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electric/Production from FEI and a Technichian degree in Electronics from ETE Lauro Gomes.
