James Gray is currently the Vice President of Human Resources for the AMECA Region at Alstom, a position they have held since 2024. Prior to this role, James served as the Human Resources Director for the UK&I at Alstom from 2021 to 2024 and held various senior HR positions at Rolls-Royce and AstraZeneca. They also gained experience at Ford Motor Company and Jaguar Land Rover early in their career. James earned a Bachelor of Commerce in Human Resources Management from Monash University and an MBA from the University of Warwick.
