Lisa Jordan has over 20 years of experience in business process management and systems analysis, currently serving as the Maintenance Business Process Owner - Global (SAP PM) at Alstom since June 2008. Throughout this tenure, Lisa has held various roles including Business Systems Manager and Maintenance Planning - Business Process & Tools Manager, where responsibilities included the implementation and support of a Capacity Planning Tool as well as managing interface issues and training. Prior to joining Alstom, Lisa worked as a Business Information Systems Analyst and Production Planner at Alstom from June 2003 to May 2007, and began a career in finance at Celestica from 2000 to 2002. Lisa holds a Diploma in Business Analysis from BCS and an AAT Level 3 in Accounting from Tameside College.
