Marion Scharbach

Marion Scharbach is an experienced procurement professional with a diverse background in the transportation sector. Currently serving as Director of Procurement Europe and Head of Procurement for Central & Eastern Europe at Alstom since March 2021, Marion previously held various pivotal roles at Bombardier Transportation Switzerland AG from July 2018, including Head of Procurement & Supply Chain for Rolling Stock Equipment, and other leadership positions focused on supply chain transformation and locomotives procurement. Marion's career began at Siemens AG, where expertise in strategic procurement was developed from October 2002 to August 2008. Educational qualifications include a degree from the University of Applied Sciences in Munich, completed between 1998 and 2002.
