Mark Duthie

Mark Duthie has extensive experience in supply chain management and logistics, currently serving as the Supply Chain Improvement Manager at Alstom Transport since September 1999. In this central role, Mark focuses on enhancing supply chain activities for Train Life Services on a global scale, providing troubleshooting and support to various business units. Prior positions at Alstom include roles as Supply Chain Manager in Romania, Logistics Improvement Manager in Nebraska, and Logistics Director, among others, covering a span of almost a decade with a focus on supply chain performance and SAP development. Earlier professional experience includes serving as Logistics Manager at Automotive Motion Technology Ltd, where Mark successfully built and managed a logistics team, and as a Procurement Consultant at AEA Technology, implementing contract negotiation strategies. Mark began a career in materials control with Anchor Foods, managing significant European purchases and production budgets. Mark holds an education from the University of Bath.
