Massimo Rosti, PMP, has been with Alstom since June 1996, serving in various roles including Cybersecurity Bid Manager and Business Development for Italy and Eastern Europe. Rosti has demonstrated expertise in Traffic Management Systems, steering technology strategies that align with market trends and customer needs. With extensive experience as a Technical Director, Rosti has managed development teams to create innovative solutions for global customers. Rosti has successfully transitioned project methodologies to AGILE for improved responsiveness, led programs with teams across multiple countries, and contributed significantly to the design and management of software products within the railway sector. Rosti holds Bachelor's degrees in Computer Science and Cultural Anthropology from Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna.
