Michael Mounir

Michael MOUNIR is a seasoned Project Manager with extensive experience at Alstom since January 2016, overseeing projects such as the Cairo Metro Line 1-55 New Trains Project and the Cairo Monorail Project. Currently serving as the AMECA E&M Engineering Manager, Michael has been instrumental in managing the Depot Equipment design team, providing technical support, and ensuring effective coordination among local teams, suppliers, and clients. Responsibilities include managing work packages, defining training plans, and validating workload studies. Prior to Alstom, Michael held the position of Deputy Head of the Railways and Machine Tools Division at EEA Egyptian Engineering Agencies SAE from October 2006 to December 2015. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Power Engineering from Helwan University Cairo and completed the MEA Mid Management Program in Management and Leadership at HEC Paris in 2019.
