Oxana Shelokhova

Oxana Shelokhova is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in procurement and international law. Currently serving as Senior Procurement Legal Counsel at Alstom Transport since July 2011, Oxana has a strong background in analyzing and drafting complex international commercial contracts, as well as providing legal support for project initiatives. Previous roles include International Lawyer at Total, where responsibilities included negotiating legal aspects of contracts and supporting the establishment of a service-station network. Earlier experience encompasses positions at law firms such as "The First" and "Legal Initiative," where litigation and corporate law were primary focuses. Oxana also contributed to academia as an Associate Professor at Baikal State University of Economics and Law and holds a Master’s degree in European and International business law from Paris Dauphine University.
