Syed Mohib Hussain

Syed Mohib Hussain is an experienced HR and industrial relations professional with a career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as Plant HR Head & Factory Manager at Alstom since May 2016, Syed has also held the position of Head Industrial Relations & Factory Manager. Prior to this, Syed worked at Electrosteel Steels Ltd. as Plant Head HR/IR, focusing on strategic HR/IR, talent sourcing, and performance management. Earlier roles include HEAD HR.Admin & Security at Tata Bluescope Steel and Sr Manager HR/IR at Tata Steel. Syed holds a Master's degree in Labour and Social Welfare from Patna University, completed in 1988.
