Sylvain Barraud

Sylvain Barraud serves as the Innovation Leader in Robotics at Alstom and as a Robotics Expert at ANOTECH, both positions held since June 2023. Previously, Sylvain was the CTO and Head of Technology & Engineering at Crown Digital IO from December 2021 to May 2023, where responsibilities included defining product strategy, designing software and hardware roadmaps, and managing development timelines. Sylvain's career at Softbank Robotics Japan spanned from April 2015 to December 2021, during which roles included Lead Product Management and Global Investigation Manager, focusing on enhancing robotics platforms and software applications. Earlier experience includes a position as a Metrology and RF Radar Test System Engineer at SylB Consulting in 2012. Sylvain holds an Engineer's Degree in Electronics and Computer Science from Polytech Sorbonne, obtained between January 2005 and January 2007.
