William Hong has over 16 years of experience in the engineering and bid management sectors, currently serving as the LAM Rolling Stock & Components Bid Director and Tender Leader at Alstom since November 2007. Responsibilities include issuing top-level requirement captures, promoting product portfolios, and defining bid strategies. Previously held positions at Alstom include Bid Manager and Bid Technical Manager, focusing on bid preparation, operational strategy, and technical proposals.
