Kevin Miller

Kevin Miller is a Senior Counsel and Partner at Alston & Bird, where Kevin leads the Financial Advisors Practice, providing expert legal guidance on M&A transactions. With over 18 years of experience, Kevin has contributed to the firm’s reputation as a top ten counsel to financial advisors, advising on more than $300 billion in M&A deals. In addition to their role at Alston & Bird, Kevin has been a frequent author and speaker on M&A topics through National Conferences and Seminars since 2005. Prior to this, Kevin served as Director and Counsel at Credit Suisse and as Special Counsel at Sullivan & Cromwell LLP, where a focus on M&A and securities transactions was established early on. Kevin holds a Juris Doctor from Rutgers Law School and Master and Bachelor of Arts degrees in Economics from the University of Michigan.
