Yuri Mikulka

Yuri Mikulka has an extensive work experience spanning over two decades. In 1998, they began their career as a Litigation Associate at Keesal, Young & Logan. Yuri then joined Howrey LLP in 2000 as a Partner in the Global Litigation and Intellectual Property Practices, where they worked until 2009. Following this, they served as the Chair of the Litigation Department at Zuber & Taillieu from 2009 to 2011. In 2011, they became the Chair of the Intellectual Property Department at Stradling, Yocca, Carlson & Rauth, where they specialized in patent, trademark, antitrust, and complex commercial litigation. Yuri held this position until 2015 when they joined Manatt, Phelps & Phillips, LLP as a Partner. At Manatt, they served as trial and litigation counsel, focusing on intellectual property and complex commercial litigation. In 2019, they joined Alston & Bird as the Partner and Consumer Technology Practice Team Lead.

Yuri Mikulka has a Bachelor's Degree from UC Irvine and a J.D. degree in Law from Pepperdine Law.
