JC Nieves is a seasoned construction professional with extensive experience in project management and pre-construction roles. Currently, as Pre Construction Manager at Alston Construction since January 2021, Nieves oversees early project phases. Prior experience includes positions as Project Manager at Codina Partners, Construction Manager at Contemporary Builders, and Senior Project Manager at both Link Construction Group and Flagler, where large-scale projects such as luxury homes, industrial facilities, and commercial buildings were successfully managed. With a Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management from Florida International University, Nieves demonstrates a strong foundation in the construction industry.
