Joshua Gregory

Joshua Gregory has a diverse work experience in the construction industry. Joshua started as an Estimator at Schoppman-Freese Company from 2000 to 2003. Joshua then worked at Batson-Cook Company, where they served as an Estimator, Assistant Project Manager, and Project Manager from 2003 to 2010. At Marand Builders Inc, they worked as a Senior Project Manager with responsibilities for overseeing multiple projects and marketing from 2011 to 2012. Joshua also worked at Winter Construction as a Project Manager from 2013 to 2014. Joshua then joined Alston Construction, where they held various roles including Project Manager, Senior Project Manager, Operations Manager, Regional Field Operations Manager, and currently, Director of Construction Operations. Their roles at Alston Construction involved managing, coordinating, and overseeing projects, as well as mentoring and developing staff. Joshua also has experience in leadership roles at Knights of Columbus, where they served as a Grand Knight and a State Membership Director. Overall, Joshua Gregory has a strong background in construction project management and operations.

Joshua Gregory attended Southern Polytechnic State University from 2000 to 2003. Although the degree and field of study were not provided, it can be assumed that they pursued higher education during this time. In addition to their university education, Joshua obtained several certifications throughout their career. In 2008, they became a LEED Accredited Professional through the U.S. Green Building Council. Later, in 2018, they obtained a Florida General Contractors License from the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation. Most recently, in 2021, they obtained a North Carolina General Contractors License from the North Carolina Licensing Board for General Contractors.
