Mike Slinko

Mike Slinko is a seasoned professional in the construction industry, currently serving as Preconstruction Manager and Senior Estimator at Alston Construction since February 2024. Prior to this role, Mike held multiple positions at Bracy Construction, Inc. from 2006 to November 2023, ultimately advancing to Vice President of Preconstruction and Business Development. In this capacity, Mike directed preconstruction processes for a company generating over $50M in annual revenue, overseeing the full cycle of preconstruction, managing multiple projects valued between $200K and $5M, and ensuring the successful completion of various project phases. Mike began his career at Bracy Construction as an Assistant Project Manager, contributing to estimations and project coordination. Mike holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Villanova University.
