Sam McClintock

Sam McClintock, LEED AP, is a seasoned construction professional with extensive experience in estimating and project management across various sectors including healthcare, industrial, and multi-family development. Currently serving as Preconstruction Director at Alston Construction since April 2021, McClintock oversees preconstruction activities for Amazon projects across multiple western states. Prior roles include Senior Estimator at Millie and Severson, where the focus was on tilt-up construction and healthcare renovations, and Senior Estimator at Rose Property Group, responsible for managing material purchasing and cost analysis for multi-family developments. McClintock’s career began in estimating and project management roles at companies such as Trane, McClintock & Associates LLC, Irmscher Construction, and Rhinehart Corp. Educational qualifications include an Associate of Science degree in Architectural Engineering Technology from Purdue University Fort Wayne.
