Graeme Grant currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Alsym Energy, where the focus is on developing a high-performance battery alternative to lithium-ion technology using non-flammable and non-toxic materials. In addition, Graeme is an Executive Advisor for various Climate Tech companies, providing guidance on market assessments and commercialization strategies. Previously, Graeme held the position of COO at Tulip, leading a global SaaS platform for customer relationship management and data analytics. As CEO of Blueday, Inc., Graeme launched a performance management system that was utilized in over 5,000 locations by the time of acquisition. Graeme’s earlier experience includes serving as VP of Commerce Cloud at Salesforce, where responsibilities included launching a new POS platform and commercializing predictive intelligence solutions. Educational credentials include an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA from Brown University.

Alsym™ Energy has developed an innovative, inexpensive, high-performance rechargeable energy storage technology that’s free of lithium and cobalt, and ideal for a range of stationary storage use cases, including utility grids, home storage, microgrids, industrial applications, and more. This will be followed by future products for marine applications and EVs including two-wheelers, three-wheelers, and passenger vehicles. Alsym batteries avoid many of the issues that surround lithium-ion batteries and uses no lithium or cobalt. They are non-flammable and non-toxic by design, and are built using readily available materials with robust, uncomplicated supply chains.
