Avneet Ghotra

Avneet Ghotra has been involved in a variety of roles since 2017. In that year, they began as an Undergraduate Researcher at the University of Toronto Mississauga. In 2019, they became an Assistant Researcher at the same institution and also founded Approaching Zero. In 2020, they joined Creative Destruction Lab as a Venture - Matter Stream, ALT TEX as a Co-Founder, and ICUBE UTM as a Scale Up Program. In 2022, they will join Y Combinator as a YC Batch S22.

Avneet Ghotra attended the University of Toronto from 2020 to 2022, where they obtained their Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree in Medicine. Prior to that, they attended the University of Toronto Mississauga from 2014 to 2018, where they obtained their Honours Bachelor's of Science (HBSc) degree in Environmental Science and Biochemistry. Additionally, they are a Certified Environmental Professional (EP) from ECO Canada.
