Rachid Belaid

Rachid Belaid currently serves as the Director of Engineering for Growth & Analytics at ALT, where responsibilities include establishing and leading the Analytics/Data and Growth organizations. Prior experience includes a notable tenure at Opendoor, encompassing roles such as Staff Engineer, Engineering Manager for Analytics Engineering and Growth Engineering, and significant contributions to the Marketing/Ads platform. Rachid also co-founded Lost Property, a technical agency in London, and held various positions across several companies including Iron Braces, Scoota, and Potato, where expertise in software engineering and technical leadership was demonstrated. Educational credentials include a Master's degree in Computer Science from UMONS, completed in 2005.
