Austin Benedict

Austin Benedict has extensive work experience in the field of information technology. Austin started their career as a Technical Lead at Analysts International Corporation in 2001. Austin then worked at Beta Tech Solutions as a Co-proprietor and Tech Support from 2001 to 2007. In 2002, they served as a Field Representative for Mosaic Sales Solutions. Austin also owned their own company, Motor City Geek, from 2014 onwards. From 2007 to 2011, they worked at Alta Equipment Company as an Information Technology System Administrator. Austin then advanced to the roles of Information Technology Manager from 2011 to 2015, and Director of Information Technology from 2015 to 2022. Currently, Austin holds the position of Senior Director of IT at Alta Equipment Company.

Austin Benedict has a diverse education history. In 1999, they attended Livonia Career and Technical Center, where they obtained a Certification in Certified Novel Network Administrator. After completing their certification, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Network and Information Technology Administration, as well as Sociology, at Eastern Michigan University from 2001 onwards. In addition to their formal education, Austin has obtained several additional certifications. In 2016, they earned a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification from Lean Sigma Corporation. Furthermore, in 2018, they obtained an Information Technology Management and Leadership Executive (ITLME) certification from the ITML Institute. It is noteworthy that although Austin holds a certification as a Certified Novel Network Administrator, the institution from which they obtained this certification is unknown.
