Paul Conz

Paul Conz is an experienced professional currently serving as a Product Support Solutions Representative for PM Contract Management at Alta Equipment Company since June 2018. In this role, Paul has successfully re-imagined and implemented a PM tracking program for the Michigan market, which has improved efficiency through centralized dispatching of PM technicians and ensured consistent service levels across the region. Prior to this, Paul was the Corporate Fleet Manager at Aero Communications Inc. from September 2014 to April 2018, where responsibilities included overseeing a fleet of over 900 vehicles and equipment units nationwide, managing all aspects of repair, maintenance, titling, and registration. Additionally, Paul worked at Ohio Cat from 2010 to 2012 as a Tooling Management and Parts Sales professional, facilitating the delivery and maintenance of shop tooling and parts orders. Paul holds an Associate degree in Business Management from Wayne Community College, attended from 1992 to 1995, and is a graduate of Woodhaven High School in Flat Rock, MI.
