Wanda Ruiz-Johnson

Wanda Ruiz-Johnson is a dynamic and highly accomplished leader with extensive experience in human resources and project management. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at Alta Equipment Company since February 2021, Wanda also contributes as a Grant Researcher for Sing Out and Read since November 2019. Previous roles include Director of Human Resources at Lilly Distribution, LLC from May 1999 to November 2019, and Account Manager at Catalina Human Resources, Inc. from September 1997 to May 1999. Wanda has a proven track record of driving initiatives that enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve overall satisfaction for both customers and employees, while effectively building and leading motivated cross-functional teams. Education was completed at Trenton Central High School, earning a diploma in academics from 1985.
