Caitlin Dronen

Caitlin Dronen is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in creative production and project management. Currently serving as the Creative Production Manager at Alta Planning + Design since July 2023, Caitlin previously held the role of Enablement Project Manager at Specialized Bicycle Components from March 2021 to January 2023, where responsibilities included content creation and program development. Caitlin's experience also encompasses coordinating active travel experiences as an Active Travel Guide at Backroads, managing community operations at The Yard: Space to Work, and contributing to programming at UnionDocs. Early career involvement includes an internship at the Ann Arbor Film Festival that highlighted skills in event facilitation and film cataloging. Caitlin holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Fine and Studio Arts from the University of Michigan and attended the Santa Reparata International School of Art.
