Sam Nail

Sam Nail has extensive experience in program management and IT, currently serving as the Director of the Program Management Office at Alta Resources since August 2009, with prior roles including IT Support Manager and IT Project Manager. Between March 2015 and March 2021, Sam held the position of President at Titletown HDI. Earlier in the career, Sam was the Director of Community Technology at LiTera from October 2007 to August 2009 and the Sales and Marketing Technologies Manager at Shea Homes Inc. from February 1996 to October 2007. Sam obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Finance from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh, having studied there from 1992 to 1996, and also attended Purdue University in 1987-1988, as well as Neenah High School from 1985 to 1987.
