David Pounders

David Pounders, P.E. is currently serving as the Principal Civil Engineer at Alta Southwest. Prior to this role, he was the Owner of Pounders Engineering PLLC. He has also worked as a Project Manager at Civil & Environmental Consultants, Inc. and as a Staff Environmental Scientist at Allwyn Environmental. David began his career as an Intern at Burgess & Niple and Dibble Engineering. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil/Environmental Engineering from Arizona State University.
