Andre Totari

Andre Totari, EIT, currently serves as an Office Engineer and Assistant METS Representative at Alta Vista Solutions, a position held since August 2017. In addition, Andre has been a Student Assistant at CalTrans since August 2016, providing support to employees with data collection and communication with city officials. Andre earned a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from California State University-Sacramento, completing the program in 2017.
