Jay Barnhill

Jay Barnhill is a seasoned consultant with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical device sectors. Currently serving as Principal Consultant at Altabrisa Group Limited, LLC since 2003, Jay has guided clients in quality and regulatory strategies aligned with ICH and FDA regulations. Jay has also held ongoing positions as a Quality Consultant at Marion Weinreb & Associates, Inc. and Barnhill Associates, along with a role as Senior Consultant at NSF International, focusing on international standards and public health. Jay's previous experience includes leadership roles at The Quantic Group and Compliance Architects®, complemented by a Bachelor’s degree in Cell Biology and a B.A. in Chemistry from Barton College.
