Mick Galvin

Mick Galvin serves as the Chief Legal Officer at LCPtracker, Inc., a rapidly growing SaaS company, and is also the VP, General Counsel at Elecate, a startup innovating in the SaaS catering management sector. In addition to these roles, Mick is a lecturer at AltaClaro, sharing expertise in Mergers and Acquisitions and SaaS contracting with attorneys at AMLaw 100 firms. As a Charter Member of TechGC, Mick collaborates with peers to exchange knowledge among General Counsels. Previous experience includes roles as Consulting Attorney at Axiom, General Counsel at VER, Chief Counsel and COO at Verde Life, and General Counsel at Unipharm, Inc. and Sequoia Laboratories. Mick holds degrees in Legal Studies and a Bachelor of Arts in Romance Languages from esteemed institutions in Ireland.
