Mike Wills

Mike Wills has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Mike started their career at Broadwing Communications in 1999 as an HR Manager. From there, they moved on to Cincinnati Bell in 2000, where they continued their HR Manager role until 2005. In 2005, they joined Cincinnati Bell Wireless as a Project Manager and stayed there until 2010. Mike then returned to Cincinnati Bell and worked in various roles, including Transport Engineer, Sr. Manager of Transport & Voice Operations, and ultimately Director of Transport & Voice Operations. Currently, Mike is working as the Director of Transport and Voice Operations at altafiber, starting in 2022.

Mike Wills holds an MBA degree with a specialization in Management from Xavier University, as well as a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and Business from the University of Cincinnati. Mike has also obtained a certification in ITIL-Managing Across the Lifecycle (MALC) from AXELOS Global Best Practice in 2017.
